Terms of Service

Version 3.0 · Effective 15 October 2026

Covers adult eligibility, account duties, prohibited conduct, service rules, enforcement, purchases, and dispute terms.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use Swayli. No account is created until you tick an explicit confirmation that you are 18 or older, together with these terms. That confirmation is a declaration by you — we do not ask for a date of birth and we do not verify your age. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure and your profile truthful. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share it, sell it, or use it on behalf of someone who is banned.

3. Prohibited conduct

Do not harass, threaten, or degrade anyone. Do not post nudity, sexual activity, or sexual solicitation. Do not post hate speech or promote violence. Do not promote illegal goods or activities. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not expose your own or anyone else's personal information. Do not manipulate the platform or inflate views, follows or gifts with third-party tools.

4. Enforcement

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and ban the accounts responsible.

We apply an enforcement ladder: warning, content removal, feature restriction, temporary suspension, and permanent ban. We may act immediately and without prior notice where there is a risk of serious harm. To contest a decision, contact support at the address in the Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases

Diamonds are sold through the Apple App Store. Prices shown by the App Store are authoritative and include its applicable taxes. Diamonds are consumable virtual items and there is no subscription of any kind. See the Virtual Items Rules for the full terms, including refunds.

6. Service changes and disputes

We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. Disputes are handled first through in-app support; if that does not resolve the matter, the courts of your place of residence may hear the claim where local law gives you that right.
