Community Guidelines
Defines prohibited room, profile, and message content, reporting, blocking, moderation and penalties.
1. Be kind
Swayli exists so adults can meet warmly and safely. Treat everyone with respect. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: harassment, bullying, hate speech and threats are never allowed — in a live room, on a voice-room seat, in room chat or in direct messages.
2. Prohibited content
Live video: nudity, sexual activity, self-harm, graphic violence, weapons or drug use.
Room audio: sexual audio, hate speech, threats and deliberate disruption while you are on a voice-room seat.
Room chat: sexual content, hate speech, threats, and repeated disruption of a host.
Your avatar: nudity, sexual activity, self-harm, graphic violence, weapons and drug use.
Profile fields: sexual or hateful names, contact details, and impersonation of another person or of Swayli staff.
Messages: unsolicited sexual content, scams, off-platform payment requests, and bulk unsolicited messaging.
3. Profile standards
Your avatar must show no nudity and must not be a stolen photo of someone else. Your display name must not imply Swayli staff status. Display names are screened when you save them, and anything that breaks these rules is rejected. Avatars are not screened automatically; report one if you see a problem.
4. Reporting and blocking
You can report an account, a room, a profile field or a specific message. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed and the accounts responsible are banned; for live rooms we act together with our live-streaming partner. The app does not show you a status afterwards — write to us if you need an answer on a specific report.
Blocking takes effect immediately and is held on our server, so it applies on every device you sign in from and does not depend on your app version. Once you block someone, you stop receiving their messages, they stop appearing in your recommendations, and their messages are hidden from you in any room you share. Unblocking removes the block only — it does not restore previous follows or message access.
5. Enforcement ladder
Warning → content removal → feature restriction → temporary suspension → permanent ban. Serious cases may skip steps.
Enforcement on live rooms is carried out together with our live-streaming partner. To contest a decision, contact support. We do not reveal who reported you.
